Bruschetta Topping

I was so hungry just now…so what i did was totally the korek korek ritual diggin in my little kitchen.

Dash of olive oil, chopped garlic, half bowl of sliced shitake mushroom, tomato diced in cubes, tea spoon of tomyam paste, then finish with milk till thicken and gula melaka (palm sugar).

The taste is sweet savoury and perfect for bruschetta topping, sandwich filling. You can make it as topping or condiment for your fish steak or goes well with pasta.
