RESEPI

Semalam saya goreng ayam berempah 2 ketul.

Saya letak rempah daging, tepung, sedikit garam dan seasoning maggi.

Baki ayam saya simpan dalam chiller.

Tadi macam lapar, nak menggoreng malas. Jadi saya ambil bawang putih henyak henyak buang kulit dan tabur atas ayam semalam.

Kemudian terus bakar.

Dah masak saya glaze dengan madu dan bakar lagi sekali sebelum dihidangkan.

Sedap giler tau. Cubalah.
